ETPS: • Successfully accomplished the 99.95% uptime & FR of 3.5% for ETPS system, appreciable uptime of FWP nos. by proper monitoring, removing SPOF in setup within our control, follow up & interlocking with BSOs and vendor and reduced volume of dockets by 50% & condensed the number of affected cities in ETPS by 50% and commissioned 8 new banks Axis, HDFC, Federal, CBOP, Cosmos, Walmart,
