In the year 2008, my team was assigned to implement project for
UMW group of companies. This is the largest project and also a
challenging project. The divisions which implemented ERP system
was UMW Heavy Equipment & Forklift Industries, We have
successfully implemented 4 companies and also roll out to all their
13 branches in Malaysia. My team managed to complete the
projects within 6 months. After that, we have also managed to
implement another 2 companies which is another division in UMW
group of companies
We have successfully implemented end to end solution of Pronto
system for UMW and the following modules was implemented and
integrated into one system.
Financial / Distribution / Project Costing / Rental / Service / CRM
We have also performed additional customisation, enhancements and
development on the Rental and CRM modules which was not able to
fulfill the user’s requirements.
My role and responsibilities was Project Management and act as Senior

For China Goldmines project. This is also one of the largest project after
UMW and the project was implemented in the year 2009. The following

The most challenging in this project was to be able to keep track of all
mining equipments and detail costing per mine and equipment/parts.
