2. Responsibilities as Sr. Project Manager:
• Part of a Special Business Solutions team where my role is to provide
fiber connectivity for Business Customers in Mobily
• In the larger picture, we are providing customized solutions to suit
strategic business customers for Mobily by providing proposals from Feasibility and
proposing solutions
• Achieve SLAs specified, follow the agreed processes, Manage
customer/sales expectations, management goals, Mobily Standards
• Our solutions include but not limited to MPLS-TP, DWDM and
ASR920 switches as well in order to serve Business Customers after Fiber implementation
• Efficiently, coordinate with customer SPOC in order to seek Business
Marketing Approvals over Budget, proceed on implementation, keep Business team involved
and informed regarding the progress while ensuring the implementation team is delivering the
project within the deadline specified.
• Involve and clear bottlenecks wherever found in the project cycle
from issuing Plans for the project, POs to vendor, permits from Government entities etc
• Ensuring the project is delivered as per the agreed timeline
• After site Ready for Service, implementing the special solution

Responsibilities as Project Manager:
• Involved in Process development in coordination with Process
Development and Quality Assurance team
• Provide SLA boundaries, support and ensure that the Process and
Quality Assurance teams get the right inputs from Engineering side
• Assure that the improved Processes are implemented and delivered to
Engineering
• Generate required reports from IT for daily, monthly reporting in
order to enhance the monitoring and control of Engineering.
• Coordinate with relevant IT team in order to create CRs in
mobilyppm for any change requests. Follow up and ensure the Change is done and cascade
memo to Engineering department regarding the change.
• Provide the required training and knowledge transfer as and when
necessary after the Change Request is implemented
3. • Coordinate with IT teams for any breakage in workflow or any
trouble with IT logistics
• Streamline the communication b/w DN Project Wireless Solutions
team in order to define PMP, PTP & GPON scope responsibilities and act as single point of
contact b/w engineering and SDM/BSU
• Monitoring & control all deliverables in order to complete within
time/schedule and site issues related to customer b/w engineering and SDM- support.
• Handling & decision making technical issues related to PMP & PTP
& GPON technology such as, NLOS, congested site and reassigning to add in migration in
plan, license upgrade, cable length issues which causes signal lost, CPE visible/not visible,
Signal issue and ODB issue.
• Assurance & verifying installed sites to fulfill all operation / DN-
PMP-NOC/ FTTX-NOC requirements for future technical incident and verify deliverables and
provide technical site completion and handover.
• Responsible for Core & Access Provisioning on the whole for all
media (PTP, PMP, GPON, Active Ethernet) of all DDA, DIA, IPVPN, Ethernet VPN and
International Links.
• Responsible for Business Modify Orders like BW
Upgrade/Downgrade, Change of Connection Mode, Media Migration and Relocation

• Installation of Ericsson RBS 2202,2206 by connecting each unit to it, depending
on their configuration with all necessary connections.
• Installations and commissioning of High Capacity and Medium Capacity Mini
Link of Ericsson(13GHz, 15GHz, 23GHz, 38GHZ) with Configuration 1+1, 1+0
outdoor and indoor units.
