• Apply effective tuning measures to improve 3G network KPIs including
RRC/CS/PS RAB SR, CS/PS CDR, Soft Handover Success Rate, Location
Area update, Paging Success rate and R99/HSDPA/HSUPA KPI’s to ensure

• Outline and provide network capacity studies for the required 3G
expansions ensuring network performance in alignment with marketing

• Plan the nominals of 2G/3G macro sites and recommend 3G site upgrades
through coverage prediction, performance analysis, area awareness, and
Radio Frequency (RF) planning guidelines manual for coverage
enhancement, capacity enhancement, resolving performance issues of
neighbouring sites, events, newly developed areas and areas loosing
roamers.
2. • 2G/3G in-building RF designs to provide indoor coverage and plan
outdoor micro sites in hot spots to absorb traffic and enhance
