General Manager- NE region:
● Responsible for overall P&L of all projects for the Northeast region.
• Started up the Site development Group and built it to annual revenue of 9 million.

• Developed the EF&I group to support the integration for all Ericsson OEM equipment. WNG was rated

● Responsible for the customer’s site development process with the goal of meeting customer price and
schedule expectations.
● Responsible for all Cell Site activities including design, leasing, entitlement, zoning, permitting,
procurement, logistics, T-1 order and install, construction, optimization and management of all WNG
staff members and subcontractors (i.e. Site Acquisition Firms, Construction Firms, Title search, etc)

• Created mechanisms for contract implementation, fiber deployment, financial tracking and customer
