* All of these jobs dealt with customer service, working as a team, multitasking, and organization.
These jobs have taught me how to talk to people, how to understand them and how to handle customers
in any situation. Also being a shift manager at Ponderosa, meant that I had a lot of responsibility, did
end of the day reports and other types of paper work.
Internship:
Niagara Falls CityCourts-
This internship was at Niagara Falls City Courts, and was for a semester. During this time I went
to court, sat next to judge and got a full understanding of what happens in court. I also assisted the
judge with paper work and other things they may have needed.
I also did a lot of paper work, such as filing and organization. I mainly worked in the traffic
department of the court, so I wrote tickets, and filed them also.
