~Alpine Logistics (Dispatcher) Jan 2014 to July 2014
As a dispatcher I was responsible for answering and quickly dispatching appropriate loads to drivers. I would politely assist
customers via telephone and communicate with vendors regarding load availability and special orders. I developed a
reputation as an efficient service providerwith high levels of accuracy while managing customer calls effectively and
efficiently in a complex and fast-paced dispatching center environment. . I became well versed in Microsoft applications
while being held accountable for entering vast amounts of numerical data into databases in a timely manner and gained
insight knowledge to D.O.T. and IFTA polices and regulations.

As an office assistant I managed a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues
quickly and proficiently while processing numerous daily invoices and billing renewed invoices to clients. As well as working
in partnership with law enforcement and insurance companies and keeping all trucks up to D.O.T regulations.

As an auto sales associate I learned to cultivate relationships with new customers to achieve sales objectives and provide
insight into new products, features, and options. I would strategically negotiate with customers to close on deals and
increase sales; personally work deals, interest rates, leases, and calculate financial requirements. In addition I would
maintain contact via email and phone calls to maintain a stable rapport with customers.
