Extremely talented Front Office Supervisor with four years experience in providing quality guest service within the
guidelines specified by the hotel management; overseeing all Front Office operations, (Front Desk, PBX, Concierge, Bell,
Door, and Valet Services); setting and maintaining high level of guest service; providing support for the line staff;
providing training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining of all the front office shift employees.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 Oversee and supervise all duties performed by all Front Office employees.
 Responsible for hotel operation during the absence of Front Office Manager /
Duty Manager / Night Manager.
 Ensure proper inventory controls, working with Sales and Reservations to
ensure maximum selling potential and house balance.
 Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary, using proper
documentation and proper techniques.
 Night Auditing, reviewing all the cashiers closing bill & Credit cards accounting,
analyzing and updating the room’s revenue report.
 Handling Overbooking situations
 Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure a
smooth service delivery
 Up selling, cross selling.
 Responsible for cash inventory, cashing cheques and bills of exchange in foreign
currencies for hotel guest in accordance with the credit policy.
 Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services, supply
information and respond to guest queries

 Offering assistance to guests and provide every essential thing to create loyal
and happy guests.
 Performing front as well as back of house duties for the satisfaction of every
