 Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and researching
information from customer, sales, and trade promotions.
 Obtain necessary approvals to process credits, claims, and rebates for valid
deductions.
 Process claims regarding freight damages, commercial concessions, and
concealed shortages.
 Issue denial letters and disputes for inaccurate short paid invoices.
 Continuous communication with collectors to assist in keeping the Accounts

 Reconcile accounts and clear AR Aging to management benchmarks.
