Recruited to manage and direct activities of 700+ accounts receivable transactions monthly,
while supervising a team of 4-8 associates. Prepare and execute collection plans targeted to
reduce delinquent accounts. Formulate accounts receivable metrics and analytics monthly and
quarterly. Process daily applications of check deposits and wires. Handle trade discrepancies

Resolved year-long collections dispute in December 2014, collecting $580,000 in
Chase Bank’s Aged Receivables; after single-handedly reviewing 600+ trades that
