spans North, Central, and South America and Europe.
Recruited to manage and direct activities of 700+ accounts receivable transactions monthly,
while supervising a team of 4-8 associates. Prepare and execute collection plans targeted to
reduce delinquent accounts. Formulate accounts receivable metrics and analytics monthly and
quarterly. Process daily applications of check deposits and wires. Handle trade discrepancies
and monitor rate agreement schedules, including discounts. Collect $3+ million monthly.
Key Contributions:
 Resolved year-long collections dispute in December 2014, collecting $580,000 in
Chase Bank’s Aged Receivables; after single-handedly reviewing 600+ trades that
uncovered unpaid trade fees.
 Salvaged relationship with key client, Morgan Stanley, by resolving a $1.8 million
brokerage fee dispute in 2013-2014.
 Created a new discount rule in AS400 system to facilitate more accurate billing in the face
of new SEF regulations.
 Enhanced invoicing process after working closely on new procedures with Helpdesk team
based in Switzerland.
 Upheld company’s integrity with key clients by revising and finalizing new Brokerage
Rate Schedule and coordinating all affected parties in just under 2 months.
