Supershine Kitchen Systems Pvt Ltd.(Feb 2016 till date)- is a turnkey Kitchen Dealer doing turney
projects pan india, we provide complete commercial kitchen setup.
 My role includes complete quotation procedure for the company. Supervising quotation
working with orders as well.
 Responsible for marketing for the company as well as work with the estimation team
and foolow up on ongoing tenders.
 Help quote for new tenders that we forwarded by me. Keep a check on catalogue
submition.
 Maintaining dealine set for project and develop evaluation tools/procedures to keep a
check on project quoted.
 Follow up with quotation process with the clients.
 Maintain a P.R with consultants and clients.
 My responsibilities even extended to after marketing and bringing LOI to the company

time in the Indian history a web portal of this scale was launched wherein one could
buy a small kirchen WORKTABLE to a full Water cooled COLD ROOM online.
 I was responsible for marketing of the website. The emtire look of the website ,
responsible for uploading the products on the same.
 Responsible for deciding the subscription fee on the website.
 I was also a part of the team who were responsible for deciding the privacy policy of
the website, helping with rhe payment gateway. Etc.

ITW Equipment group is US based Company dealing in Commercial Kithen Equipment. We
manufacture Equipment for commercial cooking, refrigerations, for warewashing as well as equipment
required for food preperations in commercial kitchens .It is a Fortune 200 Company.
In the capacity of Projects Co-Ordinator Since Feb 2014 till Jan 2016
Key Responsibilities:
Estimation and Quotes
 Extends from Prepairing Quotes for Project Costing, to making of Comparitive Statements for
Projects that were won or for Projects lost.
 Comparing and analysing the quote with the Specifications received for various projects.
Ensure negligible deviation from the specifications in case of any Alternatives make or models
specified.
 Making of Kitchen Mechanical Data (KMD) Sheets.
 Compiling Quotes with Catalogue-Cutsheets.
 Prepairing Schedule for Food Service Equipments.
 Making internal comparitivies for Projects won on the basis of margins awarded to us/ if
margin paid to the dealer.
 Making analysis sheets for project lost:
Making a report of the costing submitted by the competition as per market analysis, so as to
highlight the major difference(cost,technical) in offers accepted and our brands.
 Checking PI/PO as per the models offered in the quotes and models listed in the PI/PO.
 Sending/Prepairing of various project reports/ Estimation reports for various PLC’s of ITW
showing the project in hand in year incorporating the various brands and the values of all
brands.
 Auto CAD presentation: cheking of auto cad drawings as per layout designed by the
consultants and inputting space for ITW machines. Etc.
Checking of drawings sent by dealers/Clients and making the quotes in sync with the space allocation
as well as the capacity/quantity as per the consultants in Consideration with the MEP.
3. Worked with Hotel Services Consultants – Gurgaon:
In the capacity of senior operations executive since Dec 2011 to Dec -2013 .
Key Responsibilities
 FSE Load Calculation and prepration of FSE schedule.
 Laundry Load calculations and preparation of Laundry Equipment Schedules.
 Making of Kitchen Mechanical Data (KMD) Sheets.
 Comparing and analysing the offers received with the specified Technical Specifications.
Ensure negligible deviation from the specifications in case of any Alternatives make or models

 Compiling Budgets together with Catalogue-Cutsheets received from various vendors/dealers.
