The Guardian Life Insurance Company (GLIC) seeks to replace their existing Call Center

The Group Sales Tool Kit (GSTK) Customer Service System will, initially, be utilized by the Sales
and Service areas of Guardian Life. Only part of the data required for these tasks will be held
within the Siebel repository. The remainder will remain in a number of Legacy Guardian
systems, together with the new Guardian Data Warehouse. This involves data transfer through
XML-MQ Series and other things through Siebel EIM. The Siebel Application will be developed
