Successful project manager and senior engineer for a $46B global government contractor serving various
agencies developing enterprise level software solutions to complex issues. Lockheed Martin is one of the
few companies in the world recognized by the Carnegie Mellon Institute with a CMMI Level 5
(framework for business process improvement) designation for maturity of its SDLC processes. Earned
Value Management (EVM) was the project management methodology used based on the CMF model.
Leveraging formal training in Project Management, Lessons Learned and Six Sigma was able to meet
objectives and create continuous business process improvements to achieve excellent bottom-line results.
• Project Manager for a $400M, multi-year, CM controlled Data Warehouse enterprise software
development effort using (Java, XML, SOA, Oracle) in a PMO environment. Managed this
enterprise project thru multiple sub-project iterations (6-9 months) of the entire SDLC including
transition to operations with a diverse team that peaked at 30+ software, system, test and database
