Creative Front-End Developer/UX Designer who likes to implement cutting edge user experiences
(UX/UI) across the web, tablet and mobile form factors.
3 + years of experience writing highly polished front-end consumer facing HTML5 (CSS, JavaScript incl)
Responsibilities:
Develop new user-facing features for enterprise desktop applications, mobile, tablet
Build and leverage reusable code and libraries
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders in dev, product and UX
Implement code according to best practices
Experience turning PSD's into pixel-perfect WebPages
Requirements:
3 years experience in front-end web development
Proficient understanding of web markup, including AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, Bootstrap
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. Modernizer,
polyfills, caniuse, etc...
Good understanding of page speed optimization principles and tools such as webpagetest, Yslow,
GTMetrix
Experience with mobile development and mobile-first responsive design
An understanding of SEO principles
Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop
