JOB SCOPE
 Oversee all aspects of Hospitality and Events
 Plan, Develop, Organize and Manage events (in house)
 Plan and organizer events (external)
 Site inspection
 Provide on -site support to the operations team during event

operations team

JOB SCOPE
 Main role was to ensure a smooth running of the administration of the Events Team.
 The gatekeeper with the sales team to ensure all files delivered to Events team are equipped
with the full documentations required by the client.
 Assigning of the event files to the respective event coordinators in order for them to
communicate with guest for further details
 Design and implemented the ISO filing system for the team
 Monitor all leave forms and annual leave balances for the team to ensure all leaves are cleared
within the stipulated timeline.
 Prepare the necessary reports for the Events Director’s Executive Committee Meeting (Excom)
 Responsible in issuing Purchase Request for vendors (if required), follow up with purchasing on
