JOB SCOPE
Oversee all aspects of Hospitality and Events

JOB SCOPE
Main role was to ensure a smooth running of the administration of the Events Team.
The gatekeeper with the sales team to ensure all files delivered to Events team are equipped
with the full documentations required by the client.
Assigning of the event files to the respective event coordinators in order for them to
communicate with guest for further details
Design and implemented the ISO filing system for the team
Monitor all leave forms and annual leave balances for the team to ensure all leaves are cleared
within the stipulated timeline.
Prepare the necessary reports for the Events Director’s Executive Committee Meeting (Excom)
Responsible in issuing Purchase Request for vendors (if required), follow up with purchasing on
the items status and Finance for payment to vendors.
