• Understand complete scope of consultancy services in line with Service Agreement and List
sub consultancy / contracting scope of works.
• Preparing L1 and L3 Design Programme in line with Service Agreement detailing Concept,
Schematic and Detailed design stages (Calculate and Load Resources for generating
progress S curve)
• Preparing Master Programme in line with Service Agreement detailing design stages and
construction phasing.
• Maintain the master database for the projects by collecting all the relevant information
required about each project phase, including but not limited to, resources, schedule and
current status and maintains the database by updating the data regularly.
• Monitoring of short-term design programs (Look ahead, Mitigation, Action Plan,
Acceleration and Revised Programme) and asses the design progress against the approved
baseline programs.
• Analyze and report on the impact of changes on the time line of the project and on the
original budget, highlight potential delays, disruption and potential budget overruns (Cause
and Effect Report).
• Prepare in detail the Recovery Schedule and ensure design progress maintained to
meet Target completion.
• Prepare and Review weekly and monthly reports to Client in approved format.
• Extension of Time Claim analysis, assessment and preparation for submission to the
employer by detailed study of delay event/s by researching available data’s (MoM,
correspondences, contract documents, emails etc) Full knowledge in preparing Window
Analysis Method for assessment of delays. Prepare correspondence related to delay notices
and disruption. Response to Employer comments on EOT submission pursuant to contract
condition.

Post Contract Projects:
• Reviewing and Finalizing the Main Contractors’ Baseline Programme ( Clause 8.3 programme)
• Review and recommending the Construction schedules as submitted by the Main and the
subcontractor(s), and ensure that the Construction Schedule is in compliance with the
approved overall project schedule.
• Monitoring of Main/Sub-contractor(s) short-term programs (Look ahead, Mitigation,
Acceleration and Revised Programme) and asses the site progress against the
construction/periodic programs.
• Review and monitoring against the approved schedules such as submittals, Procurements, Long
lead items, Testing & Commissioning and other Key Milestones and to ensure that the
resources (Plant/Equipment and Manpower) are adequate to achieve the contract targets.
• Review and control the recovery schedules and ensure the trade resources (manpower’s and
site supervision staffs) are increased appropriately to mitigate the Targets.
• Producing 'S' curve with reference to planned/actual progress on site and monitoring the
Earned Value reports.
• Submission of progress reports for both Internal and to the Client by weekly and monthly basis.
• Preparation & monitoring of commissioning programs for all disciplines.
• Preparing and monitoring the Authority approval schedules related to Water, Power,
Telecommunication, and Civil Defence…
• Visits/recording video/photographic evidence for monitoring ongoing progress on site as well
as correspondence to main contractor and sub-contractors and to issue an Delay
Notification/Progress Rate Status/Impact analysis reports accordingly.
• Forecasting future problems in construction, identifying the problems while construction going
on & accordingly problems are solved through proper channel.

• Preparing and Updating Risk Register and Conduct an internal/external meeting accordingly.
• Assisting Project Manager in initiating correspondence to the Client, Engineers, Main
/subcontractors.
• Review all daily, weekly and monthly reports and submit the monthly report to the
Client/Banks.
• Review and recommend to the claim concerning any time impacts, as submitted by the
Main/Sub Contractor and forwarding the Planning assessment to Projects Controls/Contracts
department accordingly.
• Advise the Projects Controls Manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective
actions to be taken.

PACKAGE 1)

• Package 1 : Infrastructure works for utilities ( SNG ,Wet Utility Yard , Sewerage lifting station &
Chilled water line for temporary guest house )

2. DESIGN & BUILD CONSTRUCTION OF DISTRICT COOLING PLANT

Project Brief / Scope: The Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of
District Cooling Plant for ADNOC Ruwais Phase-IV development, at Ruwais Housing Complex. The
proposed District Cooling Plant - DCP having required capacity of 12,000 tons, out of which 10,000 tons
will be served through Water Cooled Chillers and 2000 tons, will be served through Thermal Storage
Tank.
3. CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY GUEST HOUSE

Project Brief / Scope: The project is to Design and Build Prefabricated Temporary Guest House near Al
Ruwais Mall and the Al Yash Guest House located east of Ruwais City. The project consists of eight (8)

(Substations 1 & 2), Sports Facility, Guard House, Car Parking, Bus Parking, and relevant external works

Project Brief / Scope: The WORKS include Detailed Design, Detailed Shop Drawings, Supply and Delivery of

  • 2. • Understand complete scope of consultancy services in line with Service Agreement and List sub consultancy / contracting scope of works. • Preparing L1 and L3 Design Programme in line with Service Agreement detailing Concept, Schematic and Detailed design stages (Calculate and Load Resources for generating progress S curve) • Preparing Master Programme in line with Service Agreement detailing design stages and construction phasing. • Maintain the master database for the projects by collecting all the relevant information required about each project phase, including but not limited to, resources, schedule and current status and maintains the database by updating the data regularly. • Monitoring of short-term design programs (Look ahead, Mitigation, Action Plan, Acceleration and Revised Programme) and asses the design progress against the approved baseline programs. • Analyze and report on the impact of changes on the time line of the project and on the original budget, highlight potential delays, disruption and potential budget overruns (Cause and Effect Report). • Prepare in detail the Recovery Schedule and ensure design progress maintained to meet Target completion. • Prepare and Review weekly and monthly reports to Client in approved format. • Extension of Time Claim analysis, assessment and preparation for submission to the employer by detailed study of delay event/s by researching available data’s (MoM, correspondences, contract documents, emails etc) Full knowledge in preparing Window Analysis Method for assessment of delays. Post Contract Projects: • Reviewing and Finalizing the Main Contractors’ Baseline Programme ( Clause 8.3 programme) • Review and recommending the Construction schedules as submitted by the Main and the subcontractor(s), and ensure that the Construction Schedule is in compliance with the approved overall project schedule. • Monitoring of Main/Sub-contractor(s) short-term programs (Look ahead, Mitigation, Acceleration and Revised Programme) and asses the site progress against the construction/periodic programs. • Review and monitoring against the approved schedules such as submittals, Procurements, Long lead items, Testing & Commissioning and other Key Milestones and to ensure that the resources (Plant/Equipment and Manpower) are adequate to achieve the contract targets. • Review and control the recovery schedules and ensure the trade resources (manpower’s and site supervision staffs) are increased appropriately to mitigate the Targets. • Producing 'S' curve with reference to planned/actual progress on site and monitoring the Earned Value reports. • Submission of progress reports for both Internal and to the Client by weekly and monthly basis. • Preparation & monitoring of commissioning programs for all disciplines. • Preparing and monitoring the Authority approval schedules related to Water, Power, Telecommunication, and Civil Defence… • Visits/recording video/photographic evidence for monitoring ongoing progress on site as well as correspondence to main contractor and sub-contractors and to issue an Delay Notification/Progress Rate Status/Impact analysis reports accordingly. • Forecasting future problems in construction, identifying the problems while construction going on & accordingly problems are solved through proper channel.
