Project Manager - Chevron (Relief / Vent System Gap Assessments)
Responsible for project deliverables and client interface for approximately 20 offshore facilities with an average of
3,500 man / hours per facility.
Responsibilities included the coordination of multiple project teams consisting of mechanical & process engineers
and designers, along with planning, scheduling, cost control and coordination of offshore field work.
Project scope consisted of data acquisition, identifying data gaps, overpressure scenario analysis, field
verification, process modeling, relief calculations using iPRSM and HYSYS, flare / vent system evaluations and
generating gap mitigation reports.
Project Manager - Apache (Phase 2 SEMS Mitigation)
Responsible for project deliverables and client interface for approximately 23 offshore facilities with an average of
1,500 man / hours per facility.
Responsibilities included coordination of multiple project teams consisting of mechanical and process engineers
and detailed design of modifications. Also responsible for planning, scheduling, cost control and coordination of
offshore field work.
Project scope consisted of field verification of SFDs and identification of relief system deficiencies, relief
calculations, developing instrument data sheets, flare / vent system analysis using Visual Flow, close out of
SEMS action items and developing construction work packages.
Project Manager - Chevron (ST151 Facility Upgrade)
Responsible for project deliverables and client / construction interface.
Responsibilities included the coordination of detailed process, mechanical, structural & electrical, instrumentation,
control systems engineering / design and field wide shut-in planning. Also managed planning, scheduling,
procurement support, cost control, construction management and coordination of sub-contractors.
The $50M project scope included the multi-platform demolition / removal of a 45’ x 48’ x 20’ (110,000 ton) tank
and new design, construction & installation of a 45’ x 48’ structural pancake deck and skid packages (Electrostatic
Heater Treater, Water Skimmer, Good/Bad Oil Tank, Free Water Knock Out Drum, LACT Unit, Pumps),
Equipment RFQ packages, procurement & support and construction planning & support.
Project Manager - ERT (EC346 Facility Upgrade)
Responsible for project deliverables and client / construction interface.
Responsibilities included the coordination of mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation engineering,
detailed design and shut-in planning. Also managed planning, scheduling, procurement support, cost control,
construction management and coordination of sub-contractors.
The project scope included new pipeline installation, modifying the existing topsides facility and installing two new
100 ton equipment modules to increase the oil production capacity by 25% to accommodate sub-sea production.

Project Manager - ERT (EC381 Subsea Tie-Back)
Responsible for project deliverables and client / construction interface for the topsides facility subsea production
expansion.
Responsibilities included the coordination of mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation engineering,
detailed design and shut-in planning. Also managed planning, scheduling, procurement support, cost control,
construction management and coordination of sub-contractors.
The project scope included modifying the existing topsides facility and installing new subsea pipeline and topsides
equipment to increase the production capacity by 20% to accommodate production from the new sub-sea wells.
Project Manager - Rhodia (Boiler Re-tube)
Responsible for planning, scheduling, procurement support, cost control, construction management and
coordination of sub-contractors for the boiler tubes replacement during the plant turnaround.
The re-tube consisted of replacing 120 burnt out tubes in the sludge boiler where extensive confined space entry
and hot work was required to successfully complete the project. The boiler tubes were then hydro tested and
chemically cleaned prior to returning the unit into service.
Project completed on schedule with no incidents.
Project Manager - Swift Energy (Field Acquisition Due Diligence)
Responsible for field surveys and assessment reporting.
The project consisted of assessing the equipment and condition of inland production barges and land locations for
12 production fields across south Louisiana.
Scope included developing reports on equipment data, production capacities, regulatory deficiencies,
replacement cost and recommended upgrades.
Project Manager - Taylor Energy (Mississippi Canyon 21)
Responsible for the shut-in planning, scheduling, procurement support, cost control, construction management
and coordination of the multi-phased facility conversion.
The project scope included converting the existing MC-21B drilling platform into a production facility and flowing
all production through 8” & 10” pipelines to TEC SP-60F platform for final processing and metering. Upgrades
included the addition of HP & LP separators, surge vessel and booster & pipeline pumps to handle 22,000 BPD;
two 7 MMSCFD 1750HP 3 stage reciprocating gas compressors; two 125 kW generators & MCC building;
relocation of the existing test separator, pipelines and launchers, office/storage building & fuel gas skids and the
installation of new deck extensions.
Construction, installation, relocation and demolition phases were organized to minimize SIMOPS impact to
operations and production down time.
Project Manager - Siemens US Filter (Moho Bilondo FPSO)
Responsible for project deliverables and client / construction interface.
Responsibilities included the coordination of mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation engineering and
detailed design for 10 sea water injection skid packages. Deliverables included package fabrication drawings,
pipe stress and structural analysis.
Construction Manager - Siemens US Filter (Bohai Bay - Conoco Phillips China)
Responsible for construction deliverables and client interface.
Responsibilities included planning, scheduling, material tracking and shipping of foreign & domestic equipment,
change order negotiations and overseeing the fabrication, assembly, factory acceptance testing and load out of 5
sea water injection skid packages; including a 106 ton 14’ OD x 90’ Vacuum Deaerator Tower, two 110 ton Fine
Filter skid packages with two 16’ OD filters on each, Coarse Filter skid, Air Scour Blower skid and Vacuum Pump
skid. The vessels and skid packages were fabricated and assembled at two locations in the Houston area.
Project Manager - Premier Industries (Morsa West – Angola Drilling)
Responsible for project deliverables and client / construction interface.
Responsibilities included the coordination of pressure vessel design, mechanical, structural, electrical,
instrumentation engineering, detailed design, planning, scheduling, change orders and cost control for 7 topsides
production skid packages.
The packages consisted of a 10,000 BPD Production Separator, Test Separator and Export Pumps main process
module, Flare Knockout package, Hot Oil skid, De-gasser skid, Inlet Heater skid and 2 Chemical Injection skids.

Project Manager - Taylor Energy (South Pass 60F)
Responsible for project deliverables and client / construction interface for complete production facility retrofit.
Responsibilities included the coordination of mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation engineering,
detailed design and shut-in planning.
The project scope included disassembly and salvage of the MC20 platform module, modification of the salvaged
production module, construction of a new office / lab building, slug catcher and pipeline manifold, installation of
the FC-150 temporary crane for the disassembly and heavy lift removal of 2 abandoned compressors from the
platform and modifications and tie-in’s to SPN Resources’ SP60 “C&B” facilities to receive production from 60F.
Project Manager - Helis Oil & Gas (Willow Cove)
Responsible for turnkey design, construction and installation of the 2,000 BOPD / 5 MMSCFD / 3,000 BWPD
production facility barge, 15,000 barrel oil storage barge and pipelines located in the Atchafalaya basin in St.
Martin parish.
Project scope included a 150’ x 240’ production barge complete with Line Heater, HP, LP & Test Separators, Oil
Heater Treaters, Gas Dehydration, Fuel Gas conditioning, Water Treating, VRU & Flash Gas Compressors,
Metering, control systems, Oil Storage barge, 4” Gas Sales Pipeline and 3” Produced Water Pipeline.
Project Manager - Shell SIEP-EPP (Deepwater Services) 1999 - 2003
Shut-In planning coordinator for the Ursa, Mars, Ram Powell & Brutus TLP expansion projects.
Responsible for coordinating the development of construction planning & scheduling for the overall shut-in execution .
Responsibilities included interfacing with the expansion, field improvement, operations / surveillance and drilling
project teams, dealing with SIMOPS issues, temporary deck space planning, POB planning, transportation (marine &
air), contingency planning, and development of the shut-in execution manual.
Helped develop and implement the “Construct the Limit” and detailed shut-in planning “Workshops” and after action
reviews. Developed many of the planning, tracking & status tools and systems now being used.
Other assignments included: coordinator for the Brutus HSE audit team, management of the HSE audit punch list
database and coordinator for the “Topsides Work Process” development teams.
Design Project Manager - Texaco / Marathon (“Petronius” Deep Water Platform) 1996 - 1998
Responsible for interfacing with engineering and coordinating / directing the 50 person design team through
preliminary layout and detailed design phases of the 60,000 BOPD / 100 MMSCFD topsides production facility
simultaneous design / build project.
Responsibilities included setup of initial design criteria, monitoring, scheduling & reporting of budget man-hours,
finalizing designs through client reviews and construction deliverables.
Construction interface between engineering / design and fabrication teams assisting in the resolution of conflicts and
design / fabrication interface issues.
