• Lorain County Community College- Counseling and Human Services courses-teach maximum load throughout
the school year- 2013-present.
• Taught credit courses in management, HR and more for several semesters.
• Graduate Internship in chemical dependency/ counseled group therapy and worked with individuals.
• Volunteered at Help Hotline while pursuing master’s degree working with callers on severe life issues.
• Currently counsel students who are going through work layoffs and pursuing training.

participants. Work with Employment and Career Services with regards to internships and student placement
in various programs.
• Team member in WIN- Workforce Innovation Network creating partnerships with local and regional
employers in training and talent development.
• Create and implement several training programs to assist people to further their career goals such as: The IT
Fast Track, Project Management (PMP®), Workplace Issues Series and several CEU and on-line programs.
• Supervision activities include creating and overseeing budgets to meet/exceed revenue goals, hire and train
over 30 faculty and 1 full time administrative assistant and an Intern.
• Oversee marketing for my area including print, e-blasting, web and social media.
