Broward County Schools, Tropical Elementary School
Effectively serve on various School Affiliated Boards as a leader, while revising Institute's policies and rules for School
Improvement Plans. Developed program "Train Our Brains" and “Student Mentors” to increase application and synthesis
of higher-leveled learning opportunities, directly correlated to greater student achievement and increased positive
behavior modification. Improved the general education curriculum for special-needs students, as well as gifted and
general education students based upon a variety of instructional techniques and technologies generated by curriculum
funded through awarded grants.
• Created School Board approved Tropical Elementary pamphlet as well as designed the template for future
educational changes and additional educational improvements
• Spearhead, monitor, and implement classroom instructional programs for several schools, which correlate with
