AT&T (June 2011-current)
Store Manager
Duties include scheduling, training new hires, and driving sales. I currently manage two locations and also handle the
numerous I.T. & HR problems that plague a growing business. I was able to increase gross profit by 60% my first month
employed and improve our customer feedback scores by 34%.
Sprint (June 2010–May 2011)
Store Manager
Duties included driving a sales and repair team to achieve monthly sales and repair goals and to promote a positive customer
experience. I was required to maintain an individual quota that encompassed sales and customer feedback scores. During
my employment I was able to increase month over month sales by 35% and customer satisfaction scores by 45%. I also
increased customer awareness by bringing a rich social network experience to our business.
