 Oversee the log production focusing on the maximization of commercial revenue
 Act as counsel to line sales in an effort to resolve issues resulting from program schedule changes. Manage/resolve exclusivity and constraint issues
as a result of same. Field AEI and billboard questions and requests
 Oversee inventory change management; ensure communication/implementation with origination facility. Oversight of gatekeeper requests. Act as
first point of contact for origination facility during business hours
 Work with senior management, line sales, marketing and network operations in the collaboration/execution of special advertiser enhanced
interstitials and other network programming initiatives
 Sequence assigned logs and assist the copy manager with select list of copy accounts.
 Oversee production/creation of billboard and AEI schedules and elements
 Act as point person regarding break formats for assigned networks. Oversee avail counts, incremental and/inventory optimization
initiatives. Resolve any break format discrepancies
 Conduct thorough review/sign-off of inventory reports; ensure validity of data prior to log export. Provide timely and accurate follow-up to
management requests
 Oversee and encourage the professional growth of employees as well as educate and train new employees. Offer ideas for improved productivity
within the department as well as offer ideas for systems enhancement. Act as back up to the director, co-manager and the specialist.
