of Catholic Health Initiatives as the senior vice president and chief
operating officer. Active in various professional organizations, Liz
Youngblood is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare
Executives (ACHE).
The leading society for healthcare leaders in the United States, ACHE
created the Fund for Healthcare Leadership to provide talented
students with the resources they need to pursue careers in healthcare
leadership. Established in 2006, the fund helps individuals attend
educational programs that teach practical leadership strategies through
case studies, panel discussions, and site visits.
The Fund for Healthcare Leadership also supports the Thomas C. Dolan
Executive Diversity Program, which helps students from
underrepresented groups receive the training they need to secure C-
suite positions with hospitals and other healthcare organizations. For
