The Association for Treatment and Training in the Attachment of Children (ATTACh) is a multinational organization comprised of over 600 members from various fields interested in understanding and treating attachment disorder, which causes difficulties forming relationships. ATTACh employs an interdisciplinary approach and started in 1990, hosting annual conferences in major cities to discuss treatment methods. The group's co-founder and recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award, Michael Orlans, directs an attachment therapy center in Colorado.
