This document discusses women in leadership roles in healthcare. It finds that while women make up a large percentage of lower-level roles, they are significantly underrepresented in top leadership positions such as deans, department chairs, and full professors. It recommends developing support groups and advocacy to promote more women in healthcare leadership.
