Lead mechanical project manager for educational facilities, K-12, higher ed,
maintenance shops, libraries, fire stations, post offices, mixed use,
apartments, doctor’s clinics, correctional facilities and army base
infrastructure. I worked in multiple school districts designing and managing
many facilities in each district. Producing clear and complete documents
with minimal errors and a focus on maintenance friendly, turnkey systems
led to repeated business with school representatives and architectural
partners. I directed a team of 4-5 designers/drafters from design
development to construction administration along with administrative staff.
TEAM ENGINEERING, INC
JULY 1992 – JUNE 1998
Key mechanical team lead for 100s of Costco Wholesale stores nationwide,
including hundreds of remodels, new stores and the conversion of entire
fleet of Price Club stores to meet Costco brand standards. Performed
countless site surveys, turned around full store designs in less than two
weeks and oversaw new store construction projects built in less than 90
days. Also worked on support facilities such as Costco Depot distribution
centers, regional offices, refrigerated storage facilities and specialty
manufacturing plants along with optical manufacturing plant.

APRIL 1986 – APRIL 1991
Project manager for multiple K-12 schools, army base improvements,
maintenance facilities, and miscellaneous building types. Directed a team
