Troubleshoot and carry out reactive repairs as instructed by management. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with
all clients and contractors. Monitored the performance and availability of the BSC’s. Performed site and RF transmission
modifications and site preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot failures within the network securing the 24/7 availability KPI’s.
Decommissioned RBS equipment, hot cutovers of RBS and Microwave Radio equipment within set outage Windows. Commissioned
