Project Manager - Managed industrial client (SHINTECH), managed all aspects of construction for new
plant expansion including: new office complex and multi-story process plant. Negotiated contracts
with sub-contractors, scheduling of project, material and equipment delivery, civil layout, structural,
equipment setting, piping, environmental issues, punch lists, job close-out and MOC.
2003-2005 DRYMALLA CONSTRUCTION
Assistant Superintendent - Responsible for all field engineering and layout for large commercial
construction projects. Managed over 100 employees and sub-contractors for fast paced construction
contracts up to and above $18m. Worked closely with Project Architects / Engineers and Owners to
verify plans, schedules and prints. Maintained daily construction logs of projects and answered RFI’s
for sub-contractors. Completed punch lists and applied for environmental and city permits.
2. 1998-2003 ALLIED FENCE / STANLEY CONSTRUCTION
BusinessManager - Managed family owned industrial fence and civil construction company. Directed
