Focuses on learning while an individual is
actually engaged in work.
The advantages of OJT are as follows:
1.On the job method is a flexible method.
2.It is a less expensive method.
3.The trainee is highly motivated and encouraged to learn.
4.Much arrangement for the training is not required.

Time Consuming

Trainer has to be very skilled
