The concept of social group work is based
on the belief that people can benefit from
interacting with others who share their
experiences and challenges. Through group
work, individuals can learn from each other,
provide mutual support, and develop new
skills and coping mechanisms.
Social group work is a method of social
work that helps individuals enhance their
social functioning through purposeful
group experience and cope more
effectively with their personal group
community problems.
