Serves with distinction as a Human Resources Assistant at the Fort Belvoir Civilian Personnel
Advisory Center (CPAC). Provides administrative assistance and support to the CPAC Director
who provides leadership and supervision to six Supervisory HR Specialists and 70 additional
employees. Facilitates efficiency in day-to-day operation and administration of the CPAC by
executing a number of key tasks.
HR Program Support: Played an integral role in the conduct and execution of in-processing at
Fort Belvoir CPAC for all new and transferring Federal employees; and finalizes the bi-monthly
EOD list prior to employees reporting. Served as a key proponent on the integrated project team
(IPT) where she redesigned in-processing packets and tentative/final job offer letters and
conducted interviews. Submits the requisite HRIS access forms for CPAC employees to
Information Systems Division (ISD), Civilian Human Resources Agency-North Central (CHRA-
NC).
Manages the CPAC's applicant inquiry tracking program where customer inquiries are received;
assigns to the appropriate HR Specialist as needed. Maintains a log for historical reference and
closes out actions as they are completed; tracked over 150 actions. Lauded by CPAC Director for
identifying and tracking workload that was previously not being captured. Bridges
communications gaps between the HR Specialist and customer.
Astutely manages the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) that
tracks timekeeping for 70 employees. Coordinates with CHRA-NC Payroll Division to ensure
employees are paid accordingly. Establishes timekeeping accounts for new personnel and
provides training to managers and staff personnel as needed.
Office Administration: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of office administration
procedures by effectively managing the CPAC Director's calendar, coordinating high level
briefings with external/internal stakeholders, and orchestrating weekly leadership meetings.
2. Additionally, provides administrative oversight over numerous databases and share point sites
that house employee information, SOP’s, training material, etc. Developed template to
standardize employee personnel folders for managers.
Noted for exceptional communication skills utilizing a variety of platforms. Plays a critical role
in ensuring that the Director's guidance and intent is disseminated to all CPAC personnel.
Trusted assistant to the CPAC Director who consistently offers recommendation to improve
organizational efficiency. Created and maintains the CPAC's master suspense roster to facilitate
compliance with CHRA-NC Regional directives and taskers.
Orchestrated the inception of a first ever volunteer program to enhance community relations and
engagement. The program has accepted five employees that gained valuable work experience in
customer service, tracking applicant inquiries, and formulating responses. Additionally,
facilitated the design and creation of a new seating chart template to be used during CPAC
reorganization.
Customer Service: Spearheads customer engagement by greeting VIPs, Senior Management
Officials, Federal employees, and other applicants. Engages in customer service outreach for
various administrative program areas by promptly assigning and following up on customer
inquiries. Consistently lauded for exceptional professionalism and response to customers.
Coordinates with HR Branch Managers to ensure appropriate assistance is provided to
customers. Keeps the CPAC Director abreast of all matters that require his attention.
Multi-tasking: Dependable, multi-faceted professional that is able to manage a number of
complex tasks simultaneously. Concurrently manages a number of other duties as assigned such
