(basedonwork,position,salaryandrelocation etc).
 Ensuringthe positionsare closedwithinthe stipulatedtimeframe.
 Salarynegotiation,(pre)reference check&rollingoutofferletters.
 Followuptill his/herjoiningday.
 In monthhave handledaround15 – 20 positionsonpan Indialevel forvaried roles.
 Coordinationforthe issuance of appointmentletter,accountopening, medclaimpolicyfornew
johnnies.

TerminationLetters.
 HandlingJoiningformalitiesonclientside.

Payroll Management:
 Handlingthe attendance andleave managementfromclientside.
 Generatingpayslipsinaccordance withthe available details.
 MaintainingfilesforreimbursementandinvestmentforTDS of each employee.
 Handlingstatutorycompliance like PF,ESIC,PT,& TDS.
 Generatingonline ECReverymonth
 HandlingmonthlyformfilingforESIC(online) andhalf yearlyreturn.
 Checkinglegal documentsof employeessuchasrent receipt,investmentreceipt,and
reimbursementpartforTDS and attach withForm16.
 Handlingpayroll of 3000+ employee of ITandmanufacturing.
Data Management
 Preparingvariousdashboardsuch as RAG report,OnRoll and Off Roll employee dashboard,
induction.
 MaintainingMIS& RecruitmentReports:Update andmaintaindaily,weekly&monthly
recruitmentrelatedreportsforperformance analysis.
 MaintainingPersonal FilesandHRInformationSystemrecords;CompilingMISReports.

 Intimatingthe resignedemployee aboutthe exitformalities
 TakingExitFormalities
 Ensuringthe compliance of exitformalitiesbythe employee
