Finance and Team Assistance staffer consistently achieves better results by rapidly and successfully

operating procedures with the administrative and finance team. This staffer is a forward-thinker, who
provides non-managerial travel and meeting support. As a contract manager, this staffer transfers

Manage all non-managerial aspects of travel for staff and consultants.
Manage CTQ contractor agreements, invoices, and payment schedule.

Leverage resources to assist non-managerial staff with travel and meeting logistics.
Exhibit flexibility in "fillingin gaps" during transitional periods.
Initiate leadership in collaboration with colleagues and CTQ contractors regarding invoice
payments; and strategically think through the evolution of the contract management and other
internal processes.
Create and facilitate use of training materials for travel and Tallieprocesses.
Continue development of administrative leadership.
