Redefining and rolling out Performance Management Process & Performance Management Culture Change,
Implementation of Performance Information System CEMEAI which involved:
Rolling out the project in a phased approach by first developing a model for CZ/SK which was a pilot for other
countries in EM, which was finally implemented in CEMEAI
Cultivating leadership and talent development and focussing on a solution for a matrix structured organisation
Regional alignment and roll out of Incentive Programmes (EM), which involved:
Driving and implementing a multi-layered incentive program that was launched across CEMEAI countries –
personally leading the implementation of this policy in EM countries and ensuring that all current program(s)
were made redundant and replaced with the new policy and program
Obtaining key stakeholder approval for implementation and leading the complex change management process
Acting as an integral part of the C&B development team with the aim of creating a new bonus structure model
covering the structure of the bonus set up as well as the payment terms and conditions of the scheme
Collaborating with the C&B development team to establish a recognition and reward policy
Participating proactively with the project team responsible for mapping out the current overall remuneration
conditions to set up general rules surrounding the remuneration structures
Business process improvements as well as restructuring projects (organization/costs/processes) for CEMEAI:
Leading the successful implementation of the restructuring strategy developed by the central team, globally
Meeting the target in most of the EM countries within deadline, which required the region to achieve 10% of HC
savings within 3 months and to turn business numbers back to black until end of the fiscal year, resulting in
improved cost reductions alongside further discussions about sales, delivery, focus and strategy
