2. RESPONSIBILITIES
The day-to-day activities will vary depending on the client and type of project. Some projects may
not require supplemental staff while others will involve a large team and may be based in one
location or across various sites. Typical tasks particularly involve but not limited to:
carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation
conducting analysis
interviewing the client's employees, management team and other stakeholders
running focus groups and facilitating workshops
identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions
presenting findings, business proposals, recommendations and presentations
implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary
assistance to execute solutions
managing projects and programmes
liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients (recruiting, payroll,
promotional campaigns etc.) according to client’s requirements
Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic
situation
Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing,
interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)
Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the
causes
Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities
and limitations thereby forming concise reports
Present findings and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes
Assist the client in implementing the plan and resolve any occasional discrepancies

Job duties will vary depending on the industry and based on the specific field of expertise. Fixing
