leading US athletic footwear company. Delivered a prioritized and time-sequenced
roadmap for initiatives focused on removing non-value added tasks from the stores.
Improved the quality of service delivered by associates and developed a consistent
and sustainable service culture within the organization.
Led the creation of a new retail division for a disaster restoration services company.
Created a business plan that included a pro-forma financial model, a marketing plan,
a scalable organization structure, and adjunct distribution channels. Operationalized
the business plan by crafting a joint venture with a major home improvement retailer.
Launched three retail pilot markets by developing and implementing a performance
management program for the field management and store associate levels.
Managed the start up of a beauty/bath retailer’s international division, including
developing the strategy for identifying and approaching the appropriate target
customer, merchandising, marketing, operations and recruitment and training of field
management staff.
