 Consults with Branch manager to better understand clients.
 Recruiting and selecting all level professional/management staff from internal and
external sources
 Advances active working interactions with specialized and management recruitment
agencies, institutes and senior stages of internal management
 Conducts interviews, evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education,
training, skills, knowledge and abilities
 Liable for the functional components of human resources, specifically in the areas of
organizational effectiveness, employee relations, training, recruitment and
compensation
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
 Coach and guide hiring managers and interviewers on effective interviewing and
candidate care techniques
 Strong knowledge of Mac and Microsoft Windows
 Recruitment process, including attracting, sourcing, selection, offer and induction of
your new employees.
 Recruitment Management seamlessly integrates with online test providers, job boards,
background investigation providers, e-learning platforms, and core human resources
systems, including payroll, performance management, development and compensation
planning.
 Identify ‘best fit’ by combining motivational fit, cultural fit and competency fit analysis
against role and organizational requirements, allowing for sound human capital decision
making.
 Automatically collecting resumes submitted by candidates online and putting them in a
searchable database, organizing candidates into groups based on their qualifications,
and scheduling interviews.
Customer Services Manager 03/2006 to 08/2009
Manage workloads and the supervision of branch Customer Service Agents and Maintenance
Agents. Managing of customer complaint process. Document, review, resolution and follow up.
Managing of maintenance requests through all avenues. Tracking and reporting of the nature of
the requests, time to cure, follow up of customer satisfaction. Working with the Call Center,
ensure all calls and tenant requests are being routed to the branch and addressed within the
appropriate SLA. Manage calling campaign to delinquent tenants and ensure Property ware is
documented with all communication.

 Develop best sourcing strategy for each with position along with input from the hiring
manager and assigned HR Generalist
 Effectively manage all required documentation including interview notes and references
 Manage vendor relationships with all staffing agencies
 Represent the company as a visible and approachable HR professional; foster employee
engagement and candidate care for a positive experience
 Coordinate and manage applicant tracking process
 Train & support hiring managers and interviewers as needed
• Conducts routine reviews and spot-training for location administrators to ensure I-9
procedures are followed consistently and in compliance with Saprobes policy.
• Scheduled individuals for technical job-related skills training to improve work performance.
• Coordinated administration of US and International benefit programs including medical,
dental, vision, FSA, HSA, short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K, and
Interface with payroll to enter transactions in HRIS and payroll system.
• Systems knowledge, PeopleSoft and Oracle. Experience in preparing and analyzing reporting
data for management accurately and to timescales.
• Microsoft Office-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Project, windows, Streaming
