Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services What is the relationship between  YOU and Perennial? We assume the employer’s responsibility for  YOUR  chosen workforce.  As the employer, we provide workers compensation insurance, payroll, and administrates all legal and regulatory issues related to the employees.  YOU  remain in control of how  YOU  direct  YOUR  employees to maintain daily operations.  The fee to us for services rendered is built into the reduced labor burden rate quoted to  YOU  by us. Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services How is the program set up and maintained? The program is easy to set up.  Employees are asked to fill out our applications, I-9’s, and W-4’s.  They are instructed in detail as to the nature of their employment to avoid confusion and employee apprehension.  YOU  forward us the weekly time sheets for each payrolled employee.  We will generate payroll every pay period for the employees.  An invoice for the gross payroll plus labor burden will be generated.  YOU  select how the payroll is to be delivered and then pay us one check for all employees (30 day terms). Frequently Asked Questions
Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services What happens when a work related  injury occurs? We will respond immediately to any claims made.  The employee’s welfare is our first concern, and it is always our intent to help the injured worker rehabilitate and return to work as soon as possible without suffering financial loss. Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services What happens if I want to suspend  the program? YOU  may terminate  YOUR  relationship with us at any time.  We do not require long term contracts. Payroll checks are processed by our bank and are delivered in the manner client chooses.  We have several pay options for each employee: Direct Deposit, Pay Card (like a debit card) or Regular Check. Project Payroll/ Pre-screening Services YOU have the employees of YOUR choice complete Perennial Applications Once the chosen “Project Payroll/Pre-screening” employees complete work each week the client faxes, or e-mails in the payroll hours. Payroll checks are processed by our bank and are delivered in the manner client chooses. We have several pay options for each employee: Direct Deposit, Pay Card (like a debit card) or Regular Check.
