companies in the industry, handling a mixture of aftersales outbound,
EVHC, CSI and in excess of 80,000 inbound calls per month. With

customer service provided to our clients. The majority of our business
comes from the motor industry; however, our experience in handling a
large number of calls for some of our clients has won us contracts with
larger UK companies within the Insurance, Property and Finance industry.
HOW IT WORKS
The system is designed to offer the highest possible level of service to you, in an affordable manner.
All you have to do is select what service you want to utilise us for and we will do the rest. If this is outbound
work then we will agree to work with your existing system access or by spreadsheet listings. If it is inbound
we will manage the full integration for you.
Whatever your size, we have a service that can be tailored to your meet your requirements.
Intelegent operates an in house IT platform, our systems offer the very latest technology such as:

 Number of calls broken down by week, day and even by hour/seconds

PRICE PLAN
At Intelegent we have no annual contracts just a simple rolling one month agreement. If we are
as good as we say we are then you can keep rolling over that agreement month on month. If you
don't think we are as good, then you are under no obligation to keep us. We have to prove
ourselves to you not from month one, but from month to month.
 Service Booking= £8 -£10
 MOT Booking=£8
 CSI Calls=£1.75
 Sales Leads=£1.75
 EVHC Calls=£1.75
OUTBOUND SERVICE/MOT REMINDER
We are specialists in follow up reminder calls. Using our professional
approach we will build rapport with your customer and book them in for
the next available date that meets you’re your system or manual diary. As
well as bringing in more business for you, we will update the customer’s
information in full including email addresses, all their contact numbers
and all of their personal details, so you end up with a cleaner healthier set
of data.
Unlike most of our competitors who do not record or selectively record
calls, Our state of the art technology means that every single call, made or
received on your behalf is recorded. These can then be sent onto you at
the touch of a button if requested.
EVHC CALLS
Why leave this in-house, unless you have dedicated service advisors that
can and will call Amber work regularly day in day out. Our EVHC team are
dedicated individuals that understand parts and labour as well as safety
items that require attention on vehicles. We will call your customer and
book the outstanding work in as well as bring them back in for any checks
that could be required. Our clients have found our EVHC work to be a no
brainer for them and for a small monthly fixed cost; we have transformed
their profit line from EVHC work.
CSI CALLS
Customer feedback is now more important than ever. Not only does it
assist in customer satisfaction, but it is a required action from most
manufacturers. We are able to offer daily and hourly follow up calls to
ensure you get the best contact and best scores possible.
ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
Expecting more calls than normal?
Whether it is an advertisement or a campaign which drives up your
incoming calls you will be able to handle them with ease. Intelegent just
take the percentage of calls you require: 50% 75% 100% it doesn't matter.
