I gladly write this letter of recommendation for Jim Perry and his accomplishments as a Marketing and Sales
Intern for Paycor during the Spring and Summer of 2016. As the Director of Sales Development I had the distinct
pleasure of working with and overseeing Jim on a variety of marketing and sales initiatives for the 7 months he
interned at our organization. When Jim joined us, he did not have any first-hand experience in selling or cold
calling, but he quickly exceeded our expectations by completing new and challenging projects at a professional
level.
One of the biggest initiatives that Jim completed while at Paycor was cold calling and profiling businesses in our
emerging and new territories. Jim made over 70 calls a day and successfully gained pertinent information from
businesses which resulted in adding over 1000 new records to our CRM Database.
During the span of his internship, we found him to be a punctual and hardworking person. He takes initiative and
picks up things swiftly. Moreover, his interpersonal and communication skills are very professional. If you have
