Office Assistant North Charles Institute for the Addictions (NCIA)
Since April 2001 Somerville, MA
Direct the timely and accurate completion of administrative work generated by the NCIA staff. Duties
include filing clinic progress notes, monthly client histories, treatment plans and medical documents for
over 300 clients. Assist program directors with record maintenance, prepare intake folders for new clients,
and maintain medical and administrative forms. Serve as back for opening and closing of the office. Take
part in reviewing all new clients information for admittance to the clinic. Recognized for superior
performance for almost 15 years.

proper usage of computerized register system. Compiled weekly schedule for cashier coverage of all
departments. Coordinated with accounting department with corrections of system errors.
