PERSONAL STATEMENT:
As an enthusiastic and approachable individual I build a rapport and good relationship with
colleagues and Customer’s alike. I can work on tasks independently or as part of a team
exceeding KPI’s in the process. I am a fast learner who enjoys learning new skills and
developing my skill-set. I amcomfortable dealing with colleagues and Customer’s at all
levels. I boast experience across a broad selection of roles throughout my career presenting
my ability to adapt to varying roles and situations. I am a self-motivated and driven
individual with many life skills that I am able to incorporate into my working life.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:
February 2016 – Present: Dual Energy, Credit control / Change of Tenancy.
o Communicate with both incoming and outgoing tenants to process Change of
Tenancy.
o Generate and monitor receipt of invoices.
o Upselling contracts.
o Monitor and collect outstanding arrears.
o Responsible for establishing what is a ‘Bad debt write off’ and what should be
referred to an external debt recovery agency.
o Evaluate the financial risk of a customer.
o Liaise with meter operators to process disconnection, reconnection and establish
meter activity.
o Chase customers for failed / cancelled direct debits.
November 2015 – February 2016: Crunch Accounting, Client Manager
o Managing a portfolio of clients. (small sized Ltd companies)
o Liaising with clients via email and inbound / outbound calls.
o Assisting clients with the smooth running of their accounts / business by answering
queries and ensuring all filing deadlines are met.
o Ensuring all post received from HMRC and Companies House is dealt with promptly.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
o I participate in many sports including football, swimming, badminton, tennis, footgolf
and running.
o I currently coach at Rustington Otters youth football club and organise a local six a side
football team.
o I enjoy socialising with friends and family.
