 Responsible for wearing every hat and acts as a true team-player in the restaurant due to call offs or wherever needed,
including step in as the owner, server, hostess,dishwasher,line-cook, busser,etc.
 Oversees all daily operations including maintenance on equipment, contacting vendors,organizing expenses and managing
the opening and closing of register, reviewing all credit card receipts, etc.
 Extremely knowledgeable on all items on the menu, including ingredients, potential food allergies, product origins, etc.
 Trains all new employees and responsible to manage their overall development of their position within the organization
