· LEAD AND MANAGED A TEAM OF 14 MEMBERS WHILE DRIVING THE OFFICE TO EXCELLENCE
· Ensured all staff and office were in compliance while providing training including HIPPA
· Conducted office credentialing to liaise with hospitals and insurance companies to grow the office’s network
· Marketed both locations and grew the business by 150%
