Responsible for effectively managing the collection process. Work closely with the comptroller to
effectively meet the firm’s goals. Implement practices for monitoring and improving performance.
Supervision of staff, including mentoring, training and reviews.
 Work closely with the billing department to implement processes and policies that contribute
to accurate invoicing.
 Oversee and assist with collection of partially paid invoices.
 Create and review reports to determine the status of collections and outstanding balances to
evaluate effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures.
 Maintain accurate and complete documentation of collection activity.
Support Staff Supervisor (2002 – 2011)
Monitor and control the Support Staff operation, supervise staff of 22 employees, manage the flow of
work through the department, provide training and implement/enforce policies & procedures.
 Complete supervision of administrative support staff regarding daily responsibilities and the
overall operational goals of the office.
 Provide on the job training and coaching to meet and/or exceed employee development goals.
 Work with senior management to determine appropriate staffing levels by monitoring,
adjusting and approving work schedules; approve overtime/vacation hours.
