PRETTYLITTLETHING
• For these images I did also find some of these on
there social media (Instagram) because they tend to
include a lot of photographs on there to promote the
advertising. I belie that PrettyLittleThing use a lot of
large fonts which has become a pattern whilst exploring
into these images I found they also match these fonts
which a lot of saturated colour schemes such as pastel
colours e.g., pinks. Which I think is because they
obviously have a certain demographic which they lean
more to which is women and these are more of the
feminine type colours which are likely to attract and
audience as well as the large fonts are more eye
catching and make the images and posters look more
interesting and presentable for the audience.
• Next, I noticed they include bits on there socials such
as ,become an ambassador’ and mini quoted slogans
and taglines like ‘exercise? Oh, I thought you said
Accessories” these are used to also get an audience
involved as many fans of PLT who support and buy from
this brand would love to be in the chance of reeving
clothes and become an ambassador which I think is a
great way for the audience to become even closer with
the brand itself. To add to this, they use giveaways for
advertisement because this will involve the audience
having to repost this giveaway image onto there own
social media which results in the brand reaching more
audiences and gaining customers whilst being able to
giveaway products to happy customers who will want to
shop even more. PLT also include a lot of influencers
with large following bases this is a great opportunity for
the brand to also gain a lot more audiences because the
influencers will post the clothes and audience will want
to buy whatever the models are wearing (if they are a
fan of this person) another way in which they advertise
there brand.
ASOS
• When exploring into this brand ASOS I found
especially on there Instagram socials that they
include a lot of nail art pics which isn’t resulted
as much to the clothes which they sell however I
believe they have done this because it could be a
lot more intriguing for a customer to see these
on there Instagram and it isn’t just pictures of
clothes all the time. It seems they want there
Instagram to be advertised in a much more
creative way as they also include quite a few
meme photographs which can make the
audience laugh and not get bored when scrolling
through there feed which I think is as to why
they include these type of advertisements.
• This brand also uses a lot of large fonts especially
on there magazines which I had a look into with
the mise-en scene of the models in front of the
page title which is done to attract the audience
and catch there eye especially if this is a known
celebrity on the front as fans of them will want
to read more. Taglines on there magazine are
used such as ‘hotter than now’ which suggests
they are trying to demand for there audience to
get involved using shorter words because long
words won't attract and audience to want to
have to read a lot.
THE KRIPT
• Moving onto the next fashion brand which I
did find through Instagram THE KIRPT for this I
decided to collect images which are from the
website of this brand and found these 3 very
creative images which immediately is done to
attract its audience because its different and
not boring it isn’t just a plain image, and it's
been edited to look more creative. The ‘Last
chance’ ‘final sale’ lines are used because an
audience love a good deal with clothes and
prefer buying the last chance to get items
because more people won't have these bits
and it is a bonus for them if they are in the
sale, therefore they will be straight onto the
website to buy the clothes once they see this
text.
• They also have many creative images which
makes this brand stand out from the rest and
is different to many other brands as nowadays
most brands include the same sort of
advertisements whereas this is different, and
they do this for the audience to be surprised
when they see these designs.
• When looking into there Instagram It looks
very professional with elegant photos, they did
this because it makes the brand look a lot
more appealing as a whole and people want to
buy clothes which are high quality and adding
photographs which are high quality and good
shot types is more likely going to make them
want to shop.as I believe having good photos
is a must towards a fashion brand.
VICTORIA
SECRET
• Moving on I looked into Victoria Secret next and focused
again on there social media and a few photographs which
have been advertised and a magazine I found. From this I
can see the text of ‘a body for everybody’ which has been
used because this fashion brand is aimed at young women
who have the same need to build their self image and self
confidence this brand wants its audience to feel empowered
and attractive in this loungewear. To which they do this by
including images of women in their lingerie which they are
very inclusive with there models and are very represented
with everybody and sending a message to their audience
through these pictures.
• I noticed this magazine is very similar to the ASOS ones
which they have one model on the front cover of the layout
and very little text this suggests they want the audience t
focus more on the model and what she is wearing. The sort
texts used is ‘HOT’ ‘NEW LOOKS’ these are common phrases
used to grab the audience in but are also quite simple and
effective at the same time. They also use feminine colour
schemes throughout there brand and on the logo, which is
done to appeal towards there demographic of young
women.
• For the fashion brand ZARA, I wanted to focus more on the
photography side which I have seen advertised on the websites
and social media etc. and I noticed these a very creative
photographs which you wouldn’t normally see when a brand
advertises there clothing. I think they take these type of images
because they prioritize eye- catching visuals and creative
product photography to make their products more enticing to
consumers like their logo which is elegant and quite basic but
gives off that this brand is very minimalistic but sophisticated at
the same time which people like. This is a unique style of
photography but this brand itself never produces or designs the
same garment twice as to why the styling never looks the same
even if the image features the product. They also follow a chain
on their social media of matching colour schemes throughout
with top quality photographs this looks put together and is done
because they want to achieve that professional and unique look
towards an audience's point of view.
ISAWITFIRST
• ISAWITFIRST is a brand which coupled up with LOVE ISLAND to be the
official fashion sponsor which this advertisement is done because I believe
that it’s a great way for this brand to gain direct access its target audience
because love island is aimed at 16–30-year-olds and once they see outfits
on the people, they will want to buy these which is a great way to build up
its brand name and allows them to make on- trend looks accessible for
everyone. I believe now this is also why they have a logo for the brand
which has relation to love island because it lets it audience know that they
are collaborated with the TV show.
• I saw it first strives for ‘delivering affordable, high fashion, fast ’ Wadham, C.

• They also use a lot of relatable quotes on their social media and kind quotes
used this is because they want to connect deeper with their audience and
make them feel this is a comfortable and safe environment when shopping
with this brand and they can also relate to the quotes which they will then
enjoy looking through the page. They want their audience to have a good
view on the brand and reputation through advertisement because this helps
them gain better reviews and a lot more audience types especially whilst
being a sponsor for one of the top TV shows in the UK.
• They also advertise by going live on the social media TIKTOK every week on
specific days because audiences get to see models trying on the clothes and
the brand introduces the latest trends to these people which is done
because people are more likely going to shop these items when they see
them on real life videos, and a lot of people around this demographic use
TIKTOK.
H&M
• H&M have a billboard advertisement which states
‘finding my place is possible’ they have this tagline
because the company is trying to attract people from
diverse backgrounds with an interest in entering the
fashion industry. I also believe they are launching this
campaign because they want to make the best
investment into their employees and aims to attract
applicants interested in entering this industry. They
also have another campaign which is called H&M
conscious which their products must contain at least
50% sustainable materials such as organic cotton and
recycled polyester as a huge company every smalls
step of this will make it significant. They are doing
this because customers who are trying to make more
sustainable purchases can purchase at this store
therefore, they will gather more customers who
support this campaign it also gives a good
representation to a brand for beginning this
customers won't have to change their shopping
habits and can live up to the new sustainable morals
of society by switching to this conscious which is
what this brand want to achieve.
• This brand also uses a minimalistic choice of logo
which looks elegant with the script font choice in
capitals –very Suttle but also stands out to its
audience which they have achieved.
JADED LONDON
• JADED LONDON is the last fashion brand I looked
into I found a lot of photography for this brand
which is used in a creative way the image locations
and mise –en scene of the model's body language
are unique I think they dop this because it’s a
different way to advertise it gives the impression
that this is a professional brand and looks ‘cool’ and
out there which is what the brand wants. The
photographs seem like they have been edited with a
low lighting saturation and shadow this has been
done because it gives that edgy style as to what this
sort of brand is itself. I also came across an
illustration which the brand has created itself for a
collaboration I think this has been made because it
is also unique and nothing which I have seen before
its also different and I believe this brand wants to
stand out from the rest. They tend to include
different themes of advertisement which they will
launch- the brand isn’t repetitive because it wants
the audience to be surprised and excited for every
new drop to be released.

THE KRIPT • Moving onto the next fashion brand which I did find through Instagram THE KIRPT for this I decided to collect images which are from the website of this brand and found these 3 very creative images which immediately is done to attract its audience because its different and not boring it isn’t just a plain image, and it's been edited to look more creative. The ‘Last chance’ ‘final sale’ lines are used because an audience love a good deal with clothes and prefer buying the last chance to get items because more people won't have these bits and it is a bonus for them if they are in the sale, therefore they will be straight onto the website to buy the clothes once they see this text. • They also have many creative images which makes this brand stand out from the rest and is different to many other brands as nowadays most brands include the same sort of advertisements whereas this is different, and they do this for the audience to be surprised when they see these designs. • When looking into there Instagram It looks very professional with elegant photos, they did this because it makes the brand look a lot more appealing as a whole and people want to buy clothes which are high quality and adding photographs which are high quality and good shot types is more likely going to make them want to shop.as I believe having good photos is a must towards a fashion brand.
  • 6. VICTORIA SECRET • Moving on I looked into Victoria Secret next and focused again on there social media and a few photographs which have been advertised and a magazine I found. From this I can see the text of ‘a body for everybody’ which has been used because this fashion brand is aimed at young women who have the same need to build their self image and self confidence this brand wants its audience to feel empowered and attractive in this loungewear. To which they do this by including images of women in their lingerie which they are very inclusive with there models and are very represented with everybody and sending a message to their audience through these pictures. • I noticed this magazine is very similar to the ASOS ones which they have one model on the front cover of the layout and very little text this suggests they want the audience t focus more on the model and what she is wearing. The sort texts used is ‘HOT’ ‘NEW LOOKS’ these are common phrases used to grab the audience in but are also quite simple and effective at the same time. They also use feminine colour schemes throughout there brand and on the logo, which is done to appeal towards there demographic of young women.
  • 7. • For the fashion brand ZARA, I wanted to focus more on the photography side which I have seen advertised on the websites and social media etc. and I noticed these a very creative photographs which you wouldn’t normally see when a brand advertises there clothing. I think they take these type of images because they prioritize eye- catching visuals and creative product photography to make their products more enticing to consumers like their logo which is elegant and quite basic but gives off that this brand is very minimalistic but sophisticated at the same time which people like. This is a unique style of photography but this brand itself never produces or designs the same garment twice as to why the styling never looks the same even if the image features the product. They also follow a chain on their social media of matching colour schemes throughout with top quality photographs this looks put together and is done because they want to achieve that professional and unique look towards an audience's point of view.

ISAWITFIRST • ISAWITFIRST is a brand which coupled up with LOVE ISLAND to be the official fashion sponsor which this advertisement is done because I believe that it’s a great way for this brand to gain direct access its target audience because love island is aimed at 16–30-year-olds and once they see outfits on the people, they will want to buy these which is a great way to build up its brand name and allows them to make on- trend looks accessible for everyone. I believe now this is also why they have a logo for the brand which has relation to love island because it lets it audience know that they are collaborated with the TV show. • I saw it first strives for ‘delivering affordable, high fashion, fast ’ Wadham, C. They want their audience to have a good view on the brand and reputation through advertisement because this helps them gain better reviews and a lot more audience types especially whilst being a sponsor for one of the top TV shows in the UK. • They also advertise by going live on the social media TIKTOK every week on specific days because audiences get to see models trying on the clothes and the brand introduces the latest trends to these people which is done because people are more likely going to shop these items when they see them on real life videos, and a lot of people around this demographic use TIKTOK.

H&M • H&M have a billboard advertisement which states ‘finding my place is possible’ they have this tagline because the company is trying to attract people from diverse backgrounds with an interest in entering the fashion industry. I also believe they are launching this campaign because they want to make the best investment into their employees and aims to attract applicants interested in entering this industry. They also have another campaign which is called H&M conscious which their products must contain at least 50% sustainable materials such as organic cotton and recycled polyester as a huge company every smalls step of this will make it significant. They are doing this because customers who are trying to make more sustainable purchases can purchase at this store therefore, they will gather more customers who support this campaign it also gives a good representation to a brand for beginning this customers won't have to change their shopping habits and can live up to the new sustainable morals of society by switching to this conscious which is what this brand want to achieve. • This brand also uses a minimalistic choice of logo which looks elegant with the script font choice in capitals –very Suttle but also stands out to its audience which they have achieved.

JADED LONDON • JADED LONDON is the last fashion brand I looked into I found a lot of photography for this brand which is used in a creative way the image locations and mise –en scene of the model's body language are unique I think they dop this because it’s a different way to advertise it gives the impression that this is a professional brand and looks ‘cool’ and out there which is what the brand wants. The photographs seem like they have been edited with a low lighting saturation and shadow this has been done because it gives that edgy style as to what this sort of brand is itself. I also came across an illustration which the brand has created itself for a collaboration I think this has been made because it is also unique and nothing which I have seen before its also different and I believe this brand wants to stand out from the rest. They tend to include different themes of advertisement which they will launch- the brand isn’t repetitive because it wants the audience to be surprised and excited for every new drop to be released.
