Customer Service:
My mangers have always been pleased with my ability to asses and meet customers needs while
building a
professional rapport with them and setting Winn Dixie apart from our competitors with the level of service
we offer. My mangers have often asked me to inform the new cashiers on policy changes, and I have
trained new cashiers on more than one occasion. I believe in doing my best no matter my position
in the company.
Globalstar: trainees have shadowed me while on call and have come to me for assistance. I strongly
believe in teamwork and assisted my coworkers whenever I could and was frequently placed on
special projects by management such as mass activation of GSP 1700 phones on a corporate
account.
While working at Globalstar, I have also assisted customers with billing inquiries, selecting
service plans for Globalstar’s satellite and GPS services including locating equipment retailers
in their area. Customers would frequently request to speak to me so I could further assist them
with a variety of situations from billing to tier technical support. Of all my professional
qualities, I take the most pride in doing the most for customers and leaving them with a
positive experience that stands out in an increasingly automated world.
