Coordination and Scheduling
Schedule meeting for Branch Chief and Team Lead including inviting attendees,
reserving meeting space, arranging conference call in numbers and preparing
materials needed.
Provide support for official government meetings held in conjunction with
Division activities including reserving space, and assuring invitee access to the

Generate 60-day certification waiver notification letters to opioid treatment
programs using specialized software that supports SAMHSA’s regulatory
authority of Opioid Treatment Programs.
Revises or compose acknowledgements, commendations, notifications, and
letters of transmittal and of official notes.
Drafts brief letters and memos after receiving general instructions on the subject
matter.
Prepare collaborative replies to correspondence or reports.
Select and mail appropriate SAMHSA publications to new programs.

Receive incoming calls from program staff, physicians, state and local officials
and consumers seeking assistance and promptly connect the caller to appropriate
staff or contractor resulting in effective resolution of the question or concern.
