various phases of the cementing job. Help with the rig-up and rig-down portion of the job. Communicate

Solids Control Technician – Ensign #14 6/1/13 to 12/1/13
Monitor and control the various mud weights that are needed throughout the phases of the drilling
process. At the end of the drilling cycle, we convert the excess mud back into 8.4 cone water to
be used in next hole. In order for this process to be a success, we must communicate and work
with the rig’s company man, the driller and the derek hand.

Manage the direction of the company through top management at each location. Perform and
run weekly and monthly meetings. Review budgets and projections. Go over new and
existing marketing campaigns. Perform all payroll functions for 40-50 employees. Help
handle any dispute resolution and customer damage with authorities and insurance
companies.
• Created/Developed/Pioneered start-up of a Flex Serve Car Wash company with 4 tunnel
washes and 1-8 bay self-serve wash. Established/implemented policies and procedures, forming
of the corporation and LLC, budgets, marketing campaigns, negotiated Business contracts and
financing. Results: Was able to go from a picture in my head to become Denver Metro Area’s
# 1 Flex Serve Car Wash, by achieving $1 million in annual revenue the 1st
year of business,
and increasing that by 20% the second year.
• Performed detailed business analyses to transform a restaurant into a Flex Serve Car Wash.
After carefully evaluating the cost of a ground up build with the retrofit of an existing building.
I decided to develop the existing restaurant into the car wash. Result: Initial project budget was
$3 million by using the existing building I was able to have the project come in at $2.4 million
saving the company $600,000 or 20% over all. Oversaw the company growth from 1 location
in 2002 to 5 locations in 2009. Successfully oversaw the sale of 4 of the 5 car wash companies.
• Developed/Introduced a car club membership program. This is similar to a gym membership
were the client pays a monthly fee for unlimited car washes. Results: This program increased
the bottom line significantly and it is now responsible for 20% increase in gross annual
revenue.
• Created/Delivered/Executed a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC), this is an 80 –
100 page document that is filed with the Federal Trade Commission. Results: The Company is
now able to sell the business locations individually, as well as offering business franchise
opportunities nationally which will boost company revenue through receiving royalties on the
franchises gross sales over a 20 year period.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Successfully developed and managed the entire scope of business operations from recruiting, training,
marketing, legal, vendor relations, employee and business to business contract negotiations, accounting
and finance.
• Founded start-up of a national appraisal company. Designed/implemented policies and
procedures, budgets, marketing campaigns, negotiated financing and contracts. Results:
Transformed home based appraisal business with gross sales of just over $30K annually TO a
national appraisal company with 15+ employees, 3 offices nation wide and grossed $2 million
annually in just 3.5 years. Successfully oversaw the sale of the company.
• Established and Developed a comprehensive business plan, wrote initial polices and
procedures, hired and trained staff, created both product and price diversification to appeal to a
broader segment of the market. Results: Increased the companies overall sales and profits by
successfully generating new and repeat business with major banks.
• Launched a major cost-saving initiative at a nationally known and respected company.
Identified potential areas of savings, established objectives, programs and schedules, instituted
