2. *CPWORKS is an “integral” production company. Focused on TV and online
advertising, internal company videos, radio, print, events, special actions and 360
advertising. CPWorks treats all new projects as positive challenges no matter
what kind of production is required.
Have been working for CPWorks for eight years, bringing new clients, and working
with existing clients, providing external “production” services to advertising
agencies, in some cases providing long term contributions to agencies as a in-
house partner, and in other cases multi-tasking with up to three advertising
agencies at the same time. I am in charge of the production process, making
sure it flows smoothly through the different departments of the agency and our
providers. My duties also include making sure airings are completed before our
tight deadlines and responding diligently and with success to our customer needs.

and international markets, budgets negotiations and follow up with all the pre-production, production, post-production and sound
processes.

3. *PUBLICIS is a worldwide advertising agency providing their clients a full creativity and
production services for all type of communication media.
Working as a producer at Publicis, I learned how the structure of an advertising agency works
from the inside-out, managing team work, coordinating, supervising all of the production
process. Developing relationships and negotiations with the agency internal departments and
providers. Assuring that all complicated and tight deadlines are successfully achieved.
In regards to relationships, I learned how to manage different business models and
requirements, making customers feel part of our internal team sharing the same goal. My
experience at Publicis helped me learn to obtain our customers trust and to persuade them
to be open and agree to my profesional recommendations. My five years of experience at
