Statement: Research, Project Management, Creative marketing, Design and Branding and are the skills able to
bring color and life to cutting edge projects and ideas translating them into visual compelling contents. Over
the last twenty years internet got recognized as one of the most effective form of commerce available today
also called “the internet of things”, almost every business has an online presence, while for others who still
haven’t, will have their major competitors always being on top of the spot, missing out on potential valuable
targeted customers. My goal is to work with world-class clients directing them off the curve, offering the best-in-
class solutions from start to finish, in a challenging and rewarding atmosphere.
Over 23 years of experience in the internet industry and the web world, branding, design, global marketing
strategies online and offline, social media management and pr. I presently work with my business partner
Stefano Tancioni (based in Rome), consulting for public administrations and start-up companies. Previously I’ve
worked along with my Business Partner Alston K. Cheek for our New York based creative agency / boutique
called Cultura Studio that offers Internet/web and development related services, marketing, branding and
design consultancy. I am also working with my collegue Stefano Tancioni consulting start-up companies with
business pitch and marketing projects, also working with in a project for the city of Rome and the Public
Administration called Comunicherete. Before Cultura Studio, I was a business owner of a
web/design/marketing consulting company called Pinkmedia, born in January 2006, upon multiple customer
requests. I’ve been business owner and partner of various web related companies both Italians and
internationals. I’ve worked for 19 different companies, agencies, firms internationally, and on more then 200
design, web and marketing projects. I own a Japanese martial arts sport association in the Vicenza area,
where I teach as 4th Dan of Ninjutsu, under the Bujinkan organization of the Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi. I
am a pro-active self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, creative and innovative person, with excellent
communicationaI skills, I get satisfaction from well-rounded, follow-through marketing approaching concepts,
towards growing industries and corporate sells that works, taking them to the next level, within businesses

Quadra Media is located in New York. The company primarily operates as an independent publishing house,
and a company who also work in the Communication business, and previously operated in the media business
by extending the brand through web, mobile, print, events and licensing.

I have joined a team of international translators and martial artists, to contribute within the Bujinkan community
helping one of the most renowned martial arts Shihan in the world, Arnaud Cousergue – Bujinkan – Dai Shihan –
15th Dan, working side by side with the aim to spread the history, the traditions and the roots of one of the more
antique martial disciplines in the world: the Ninjutsu.
Arnaud Cousergue has created a project of fifty e-boos to be in translated in different languages and
distributed worldwide, I am responsible for the translations from English to Italian, of highly technical , historical
and philosophical content that narrates his decades of experience and training in the Bujinkan with the Soke
Masaaki Hatsumi.

Giovanni Tracanzan, is a landscape designer, and a greenery consultant. My role cover the design, creation
and management of the new web site and social media channels. Studying the competition, building from
scratch a new Wordpress web site, managing it, creating content, gathering content, ecc.

Performed market strategic analysis about different Cloud Communication Platforms, conducting extensive
research on the topic market trends, created and presented results reports, about different companies
competitors, sales numbers, services available, services reach, availability and coverage worldwide,
comparing products price lists, pros and cons, numbers of users globally, creating detailed charts and graphs.
FEDERAZIONE MANDOLINISTICA ITALIANA – Italian Mandolin Federation (F.M.I.)
FMI regulates and associates mandolin plectrum orchestras, groups, solo musicians in Italy, and passionate
people about mandolin music, the mandolin instrument and the music industry. FMI is structured in regional
federations, and where not yet constituted, uses people as regional referent to satisfy the needs of all Italian
orchestras or associated groups.
I got elected in 2015 as part of the Board of Directors, my role covers online and offline marketing, pr, and it
assistance. Managing the federation social media channels and web site, also developing new marketing
strategies with the aim to advertise concerts helping various mandolin orchestras located in Italy to promote
their music worldwide, keeping contacts with orchestras from all over the world and music artists, I have been
responsible for the organization of the international event “International Composition Competition Nino
Jammarino” helded in Dublin in September 2016 with the collaboration of the renown Italian cooking school
“Flavours of Italy” and the also known Italian restaurant “Pinocchio”.

10Q – INTEGRATED MARKETING AND BUSINESS CONSULTING SERVICES – ROME (ITALY)
10Q is a group of heterogeneous professionals that operates from the Rome headquarter in the online and
offline world, benefitting from the advantage of working with trustworthy collaborators in various regions across
Italy, allowing the company to absorb experiences that nurtures our minds, and governs our creative thinking in
each and every project we work on.
We like to use the prefix “AIR” because we are open to collaborations with other companies and entepreneurs
in Italy and the rest of the world. Our references and multiple experiences allows us to offer solutions with a
qualitative competitive advantage in today’s crowded market.
My role in 10Q, which read “10Q” but it’s pronounced “Thank You”, covered a mix of brands concepts
creation and development of operational and organizational business strategies, , business plans preparation
along with projects pitch presentations, consulting in particular from small size startups to big corporations.
I worked with my business partner Stefano Tancioni on creative concepts of various projects while developing
and implementing innovative solutions able to grant and drive engagements between their constituents and
the consumers, leveraging the companies strengths pursuing their advantages, also managing the creation of
highly successful products, services and integrated marketing campaigns.
COMUNICHERETE: A UNIQUE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM FOR THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
Comunicherete is a project born from an idea of my business partner and friend Stefano Tancioni. The project
has the scope to simplify and satisfy the demanding need of an improvement into the communication process
between operators, administrators, employees and stakeholders in the public administration environment.
The project has been brought to life after an extensive study of all the organizational operations, the
understanding of every protocol required to make the communication between players involved working in a
complicated world such as the national public administration.
Stefano and I worked on providing a reliable tool able to grant and improve the organization’s
communication, easing and aiding the internal dialogue between offices, key players and institutions to better
serve the public.
The project initially has seen a phase of collaboration between Comunicherete and Ancitel, the national
organization that regulates rules and laws about public administration in Italy, guided by the President and
political figure Piero Fassino.
My role at the beginning of the project involved the developing of a platform with similarities resembling a
social network suitable to operate as a new and faster channel to directly connect and converse with specific
departments, or group of people, in real time, deliver files, news, comments, polls, and any kind of information
that operators in the public administration exchanges and communicates to each others.
I worked on the early stage contributing with information architecture advisory, defining, documenting, and
articulating functional scopes. I was also involved in analytical aspects of the project, such as ideating new
functionalities able to improve online tools able to shorten the distance and the flow of information between
player of the public administration. My role will also involve activities of online marketing through social media.
10Q srl – Customer - WALLIN (TV) SOCIAL MEDIA AND DIGITAL SIGNAGE – PISA (ITALY)
I am working with my collegue and Business partner Stefano Tancioni of 10Q Srl (Rome – Italy) consulting them
in their start-up process, after being already sponsored by Italian corporations such as Microsoft and Tim
(Telecom). Stefano and I has both worked on
Wallin is a young company located in Pisa, that has created a winning product that has already capture the
attention of corporation such as Tim (Telecom) and Microsoft. Wallin is a media platform based on the cloud
that uses digital signage technology and live streaming of feeds deriving from social media channels,
displaying them in real time on different sizes displays (smartphones, tablets, tv screens) making it a marketing
tool that goes beyond traditional software and focuses on creating a new revenue stream for different brands,
and drives customers engagement and enhance in-store and retails experiences.
I am working with my business partner Stefano Tancioni as senior marketing professionals, laying out strategic
planning, qualitative and quantitative research on the interactive media market, providing creative
development, creating innovative appropriate solutions, and sales promotion tools like web content, landing
pages, delivering investors presentations and pitch, marketing plans, social media marketing support, always
using enthusiastic and forward-thinking maintaining a consistent digital strategy, focusing in ensuring to
achieve continuous and improved business performances relying in all the data to contribute to the
organization’s ROI.
SPOT SAS – SPOT PROMO (Distributes and sells promotional products and handcrafted promotional items in Italy
and the EU)
Spot Promo is a company located in the Vicenza province area, that distributes, sells, and creates
customizable and branded promotional products, company gifts, gadgets and handcrafted quality articles in
the national territory and in Europe, constantly seeking new vendors and partnership to maintain a high level of
quality products and always fresh ideas to propose to their customers and potential customers.
I am working as a Marketing Consultant, responsible for preparing and coordinate specific communication
and advertising plans, integrated marketing campaigns, always ensuring the achievement of all the company
objectives and goals. I analyze and study the competitive market and companies, performing research, using
data to create new revenue streams and commercial sales channels.
I manage the company social media accounts, developing creative quality solutions and various programs for
online promotions in order to maintain the company online visibility, and my customer web sites, focusing on
maintaining a consistent brand awareness and image across diverse media.
Also assisting in creating new strong partnerships with international vendors, interacting with customers through
social networks platforms, following up with clients and online sales associated, addressing questions, inquiries,
or issues in order to grow new business.
I conduct market research on new business opportunities, creating presentations about sales strategies to
promote the product according to the latest market trends and products features, using entrepreneurial ideas,
that streamline marketing operations and provide a better support to the sales team. Always proposing a new
variety of items and articles to sell online in the company web sites, maintaining a high level of engagement
within users and potential new customers. I also attend trade shows, conventions and seminars to stay current
in the industry, I supervise products photo shoot and design collective branding material for the company.
I helped in the launch of an innovative product called “Aries” a “Wine & Dine” plate handcrafted by the
Italian ceramists of Bassano del Grappa. A product that was first presented at the international food trade
show in Parma “Cibus”, where the plate was appreciated by chefs all around the world. Aries was also
presented in New York city by the celebrity events planner Anthony Taccetta, who featured it in the Mass
Appeal Tv Channel. The plate was also featured by food bloggers in Italy, used by the “Piccolo Artusi” and
largely appreciated by the famous chef “Roberto Dante” also known as ”Rodante”, who has featured the
same version of the plate, the “Aries “ cutting board in many of his multiple events all over Italy.
ETHOS MOVEMENT + STHEALTH METHOD BOOTCAMP (PROGRAM BASED ON FITNESS, MARTIAL ARTS, COMBAT
ARTS, MEDITATION, BREATHING EXERCISES) – NEW YORK
With the advantage of deriving from the japanese Martial Arts world, I am assisting my ex teacher and friend
Anthony Lucas, to get off the ground with an innovative program that unites into a characteristic set of skills a
boot camp suitable for women, millennials and middle age groups of people.
Covering the multiple requests of innovation within the body reinforcement world, Anthony Lucas created a
unique and innovative program that includes several combat methods, martial arts concepts, meditation
sessions, and breathing exercise to be marketed within sports stores, martial arts and combat arts dojos, fitness
centers, gyms, public spaces and all of those places where people gathers to exercise everyday.
I am currently assisting developing different marketing plans to apply upon the target, studying the market
trends, the competition, gathering all the necessary material that will help me to create a strategic campaign
to apply online in particular through social media, able to engage with the people that wants and feels the
need of feeling good with their own bodies and looking for an everyday physical wellbeing.
BIBLIOTECA CIVICA DI BREGANZE (BREGANZE PUBLIC LIBRARY) – CO TEACHING TECHNOLOGY TO ELDERLY

I assisted my cousin Antonio Vialetto who called me to co-teach classes in technology for elderly and seniors
people.
The program consisted in how to operate and understand computers through a unique style teaching in a
classroom environment with a structured curse curriculum, divided in the use of a computer, setting users
accounts/passwords, install programs, printers, accessing programs, upload files/videos/pictures, using internet
browsers, working with movies, photos, and audio files, play videos, music, and using other media devices, and
not least internet safety.
During the entire length of the classes, we kept in mind how valuable is many older adults is to learn how to use
technology, to stay relevant, current and connected in a technologically savvy world. Teaching seniors about
technology allows them to keep in touch with a much younger generation, families, siblings and friends from all
over the world. The scope of our classes was to create a connecting bridge towards the generational gap and
provide seniors with an opportunity to qualitatively enhance their lives in their later years.

International Transaction Settlement Bank Holding PLC, is an English Public Limited Company, with the
headquarters in Ascot, U.K. It is the ultimate holding company of all the entities that make up the ITSB Group,
and a such a diversified financial and bank holding company.
I was responsible for building a program able to protect the company liability and policies over social media,
also creating business and online marketing strategies able to communicate the company diversity in the
crowded fintech industry, conducting extensive research on the market, the financial tech trends, all the
ultimate technologies, the competition, using the data to create daily reports, that helped the Atelier Electra
to create cutting edge products and services to differentiate and granting a new revenue stream to the
company, also working side by side with the legal and creative department.
ORCHESTRAPLETTROBREGANZE.IT – Mandolin Orchestra
The “Orchestra a Plettro di Breganze” is an orchestra that dates back to 1903. One of the unique mandolin
plectrum orchestra of its kind in the north of Italy area, multiple times awarded with multiple important prizes
and recognized by the most important orchestra’s director worldwide. The orchestra has meant a lot to me
because my late father used to be part of the orchestra when It was called “La Valletta” in the 1950’s. I have
assisted the orchestra President in organizing and gaining the necessary historical material to write a book
narrating the orchestra over 100 years old history. I also helped in managing their social media accounts, the
web site, and at times following the tour to supervise photo shooting and video services. At the present day the
Orchestra a Plettro di Breganze is still accounted as one of the top 10 mandolin orchestra’s in Europe.

I got in charge to create an online sophisticated and effective visual identity suited for the city of Thiene mayor
re-election campaign through a web site, built as strategy used to strengthen for the candidate Mariarita
Busetti political figure, associating with a corporate/political and institutional branding style able to stand out
from the crowd. Integrating into the marketing strategy social media and a blog to broaden the users traffic
from both social networks and the web site.

I worked as a freelance marketing & design consultant for a jewelry designer company and one of a kind
manufacturer and wholesaler of exquisite Italian customizable jewelry, featuring a online tool integrated within
an e-commerce web allowing customers to create and buy their personal online custom jewels.
I was in charge of developing a strategic and highly tailored, cutting edge online marketing plan, creating
glamorous promotional material , with the objective to increase sales, by also giving the maximum exposure to
the custom creations, while managing relationships with creative agencies such H-Art, supervising the web site
design, starting from the concept & design phase to the official launch online within the jewelry market.
Worked side by side with the advertising agency Edhison & Rossi to create a suitable packaging to protect the
products during the shipping phase. My role also included to create online content to be included in the web
site, press releases, products reviews, and articles. Designed promotional graphics appeared in portals and
online magazines like: Donnamoderna.com, Alfemminile.com, Bellezza.it, integrating the online marketing
strategy with the use of social networks, completing them with Google and Yahoo Adwords, and newsletter

I was also involved in the products photo shoot working with the renowned photographer Beppe Calgaro,
working side by side to choose the most suitable products imagery, while performing a quality control.

Alluvionevicenza.com was a website developed in real time within minutes since the biggest flooding in Italy
occured in the city of Vicenza. The web site aimed to be a referral point for anyone influenced by the event,
offering information and providing live feed, real time news, interactive maps of the damaged areas,
emergency contacts, and everything needed to overcome the event.
Role covered: Design and content management. Constant contact with the emergency services such as civil
protection. Firefighters, town hall, hospitals, hotels, places where to gather this to satisfy people basic needs,

Webmultimedia was an international web and multimedia company, with creative ambition and top-notch

I was one of the two original founding members, owner and Vice President of Webmultimedia. My role

Worked side by side with the sales team and simultaneously with the Mercedes Benz mother company in
Stuttgart to develop a more simple and intuitive functional infrastructure for the new corporate / e-commerce
web site, working with the requirement to transfer all the operational areas of the showroom online

Solosuccesso in charged us to create, and develop a corporate web site from the concept to the execution to

The web site business objective was to build a solid corporate brand, and implement an online strategic plan
to offer direct marketing services that could’ve work online through an administrative panel to individually
manage contents, data and web based campaign elements, along with an online video application interface
able to allow multiple conferences based on the Flash Communication Server technology, as resource for
outside vendors to facilitate a continuous process improvement that resulted in services which consistently

Travelitaly in charged us to create, develop and design a new brand identity and an online hotel reservation
web site, mainly focused on major tourist areas of Italy, reflecting the company market position, quickly giving
users the most relevant information, easy to navigate, with multiple offers to keep engaged.
Role covered: Upon requirements of transforming the web site into a visual and powerful tool, establishing them
a good position within the tourism market, I’ve put in place my business and marketing methods designing a
custom and stylish hotel and B&B online booking web site, enhancing through a clean an elegant layout and a
clear structure, able to emphasize the company brand, conveying style and top service quality. I supervised
the information architecture, the usability process, offering strong visual clues that would have stand out
leading the users to complete their online reservations.
To complete the project the customer has requested the creation of two avatars as marketing selling tool,

Vesco & Giaretta, is one of the most renowned and dynamic accounting practice in the Vicenza province.
We got in charged to create a web site that looked attractive, with a combination of easyness for the users
and technical solidity, while offering the chance to quickly get a simple access to their online account system,
providing the highest level of professional services, for which we collaborated with Osra thanks to their high
level in supporting the system and accounting software integration options.
Vesco & Giaretta wanted to source all of their businesses through the web, and to administer it that way as
well, helping the practice run more efficiently while performing excellently in pure accounting terms to take
their branding capabilities to a whole new level, making imperative that the website served as an effective
platform for the company’s future marketing activities, relying on a fully integrated accounting software, with
tailored data upon customer requests and needs, guaranteeing reliability and security, so that every customers
that would have started using they’re system could save money and time.
The design was the most important feature, as the client wanted their web site to stand out from the crowd, by
using a young and appealing modern look and feel, adding and online extra visual value to offer their clients,
differentiating themselves from the typical accountant’s web site.
Role Covered: With that in mind, to be able to reach the customer requirements I worked side by side with the
renowned architect Davide Sapio that supervised the web site look & feel from an artistic point of view the
whole project, helping me directing a photo shoot and a video shoot filming the practice employees in real
time, from which I had the team to extract few frames in order to create a cutting edge animation that would
have been integrated within the web site, taking the design style to a whole new level, using a unique and

geometric algorithm for screening IT candidates. eExams has been a celebrated DOT COM brand andwritten
about it within the WSJ Online, Red Herring, Business 2.0, Wired, MCSP Magazine, and a multitude of Internet

Role Covered: For Vast Solutions I was in charge to design a versatile visual concept prototype for their new

Html web pages, for promotional and marketing purposes, to be positioned in the IT market, as reference for
instructional training material for professionals, and a product to be used for pre and after sales through

EXTRA – POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS
Having spent time with members of Italian political parties, I got to understand the need to have a new
connectivity and relationship model in place between candidates and voters within the urban communities,
by supporting and developing initiatives able to engage the potential voters benefiting the candidate political
campaign. Pursuing and helping communicating a strong message able to gain trust and openess by the
community, applying marketing concepts and foundations talking with voters about economic improvements
and new opportunities available, I managed promotional corners where to distribute flyers, gadgets, and
informative packages about the candidate plan and efforts to bring stability and solid leaders that could
handle and solve major issues.
Using an informal approach with the everyday citizens about important subjects such as the political future of
our country, reaching out to them, by listening to their requests, their inquiries, and ideas on how to improve
community services, with the objective to obtain their trust and vote, during the election period in various cities
around the region, also participating to conventions, dinners and meetings.

EXTRA – MARTIAL ARTS TEACHING AND SEMINARS ORGANIZATION
The Bujinkan (武神館) is an international martial arts organization based in Japan and headed by Masaaki
Hatsumi. The combat system taught by this organization consists of nine separate ryūha, or schools, which are
collectively referred to as Bujinkan Budō Taijutsu. The Bujinkan is most commonly associated with ninjutsu.
However, Masaaki Hatsumi uses the term Budo (meaning martial way) as the ryūha are descended from both
historical samurai schools that teach samurai martial tactics and ninjutsu schools that teach ninja tactics.
Bujinkan Dojo Italia, was dedicated to the preservation and practice of Japanese martial arts knowledge
passed on to us by Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi of Noda (Japan), 34th Grandmaster of Togakure Ryu Ninjutsu and
founder of the Bujinkan Dojo.The school opened in 2009 at first in Vicenza, soon expanding in the cities of
Padova, Verona, Treviso and Brescia, now located in the province of Vicenza, Bujikan Dojo Italia has rented a
warehouse transforming it in a traditional japanese dojo where to pursue Dr. Hatsumi’s teachings. contro over
the quality of our lives.
I am a fully certified instructor, awarded in September 2012 to Bujinkan Yondan 四段 (4th Dan) rank by our 15th
Dans (Shihans) teachers: Alex Meehan of the Bujinkan Meehan Dojo and Glenn Mc’Nevin of the Bujinkan
Mc’Nevin Dojo both from Dublin (Ireland),

For the first time in the year 1997, a student has presented an interactive thesis, about internet marketing and
social poltics. I have collaborated researching information and I have designed a special web site to be
showed during the graduation discussion.

COMUNICHERETE: A UNIQUE COMMUNICATION PLATFORM FOR THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION Comunicherete is a project born from an idea of my business partner and friend Stefano Tancioni. The project has the scope to simplify and satisfy the demanding need of an improvement into the communication process between operators, administrators, employees and stakeholders in the public administration environment. The project has been brought to life after an extensive study of all the organizational operations, the understanding of every protocol required to make the communication between players involved working in a complicated world such as the national public administration. Stefano and I worked on providing a reliable tool able to grant and improve the organization’s communication, easing and aiding the internal dialogue between offices, key players and institutions to better serve the public. The project initially has seen a phase of collaboration between Comunicherete and Ancitel, the national organization that regulates rules and laws about public administration in Italy, guided by the President and political figure Piero Fassino. My role at the beginning of the project involved the developing of a platform with similarities resembling a social network suitable to operate as a new and faster channel to directly connect and converse with specific departments, or group of people, in real time, deliver files, news, comments, polls, and any kind of information that operators in the public administration exchanges and communicates to each others. I worked on the early stage contributing with information architecture advisory, defining, documenting, and articulating functional scopes. I was also involved in analytical aspects of the project, such as ideating new functionalities able to improve online tools able to shorten the distance and the flow of information between player of the public administration. My role will also involve activities of online marketing through social media.

Stefano and I has both worked on Wallin is a young company located in Pisa, that has created a winning product that has already capture the attention of corporation such as Tim (Telecom) and Microsoft. Wallin is a media platform based on the cloud that uses digital signage technology and live streaming of feeds deriving from social media channels, displaying them in real time on different sizes displays (smartphones, tablets, tv screens) making it a marketing tool that goes beyond traditional software and focuses on creating a new revenue stream for different brands, and drives customers engagement and enhance in-store and retails experiences. The program consisted in how to operate and understand computers through a unique style teaching in a classroom environment with a structured curse curriculum, divided in the use of a computer, setting users accounts/passwords, install programs, printers, accessing programs, upload files/videos/pictures, using internet browsers, working with movies, photos, and audio files, play videos, music, and using other media devices, and not least internet safety. During the entire length of the classes, we kept in mind how valuable is many older adults is to learn how to use technology, to stay relevant, current and connected in a technologically savvy world. Teaching seniors about technology allows them to keep in touch with a much younger generation, families, siblings and friends from all over the world. The scope of our classes was to create a connecting bridge towards the generational gap and provide seniors with an opportunity to qualitatively enhance their lives in their later years. ORCHESTRAPLETTROBREGANZE.IT – Mandolin Orchestra The “Orchestra a Plettro di Breganze” is an orchestra that dates back to 1903. One of the unique mandolin plectrum orchestra of its kind in the north of Italy area, multiple times awarded with multiple important prizes and recognized by the most important orchestra’s director worldwide. The orchestra has meant a lot to me because my late father used to be part of the orchestra when It was called “La Valletta” in the 1950’s. I have assisted the orchestra President in organizing and gaining the necessary historical material to write a book narrating the orchestra over 100 years old history. I also helped in managing their social media accounts, the web site, and at times following the tour to supervise photo shooting and video services.
